How Judging will take place:

The judging will be in four categories, on a point scale, with 1 being the lowest, equaling to a total score of 50. The judging will consist of:

1. Use of Bacon (Maximum Points: 20)
2. Overall Taste (Maximum Points: 10)
3. Creativity (Maximum Points: 10)
4. Intangibles (presentation, aroma, etc. - Maximum Points: 10)

The restaurant that scores the highest of the combined judge's score will be named the Judge's Choice- Best Bacon Creation Champion

How People's Choice will take place:

Each restaurant will provide enough samples of their bacon creation for the public. All listeners will be provided a ticket that they will use to determine which restaurant they thought was the best item in attendance.

The public will be invited to sample each bacon creation and at the end of the line, there will be registration boxes with each restaurants name on it where they can place their ticket. The box with the most tickets will be named the People's Choice- Bacon Creation Champion.
