Prosecutors: Man Accused Of Shooting Pregnant Woman Who Was Moving Out Charged With Attempted Murder
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A Philadelphia man accused of shooting a pregnant woman in a case of domestic violence has been charged with three counts of attempted murder and related charges. Prosecutors say Nicholas Fuentes shot the woman as she was trying to move out of their Fairhill residence on July 22.
They say he also shot two adults who were helping her.
A one-month-old baby was nearby and was unharmed.
Fuentes was arrested in Wisconsin in late August.
