SPRINGFIELD, Pa. (CBS) -- Police have arrested a man in connection with last month's shooting at the Springfield Mall.
Waheed Jenkins is charged for his involvement in the incident.
Police say gun shots rang out after an argument between two groups spilled outside.
No one was hit but four vehicles were struck by stray bullets.
