Neighbors woke up to gunfire on Home Avenue by Orange Street in Trenton. It's a sound some are used to hearing and a crime scene some are used to seeing.

"You see somebody got shot because you can tell," said one neighbor. "You got the tape."

Police say a woman was on the other side of a bullet-ridden window during the attack. She was struck in the chest and is currently in critical condition.

Police haven't released a motive but say someone opened fire with possibly a rifle or another type of long gun.
