Montgomery County, Pa. native Jim Curtin talks with KYW’s Greg Orlandini and Philly Soccer Page’s Eli Pearlman-Storch for the first time since being made head coach of the Philadelphia Union.

Curtin, who took over midseason for the fired John Hackworth, has a lot of work ahead of him to turn the Union into a playoff team. He discusses some of the needs he looks to address this offseason, including acquiring an MLS-calibre striker.

Curtin also discusses the goalkeeping situation, which became a point of controversy after the signing of Algerian international goalkeeper Rais Mbolhi during the season.
