Philly Film Fest Opening Night: "Birdman"


8:30 p.m., $20 ($50 for film and party)

Kickoff the start of the 23rd annual Philly Film Fest at this party, featuring a screening of the new film, "Birdman," which centers on a washed-up actor (Michael Keaton) who tries to stage a comeback on Broadway. This comedy also stars Zach Galifianakis, Naomi Watts and Emma Stone. Afterwards, you can enjoy drinks, light bites and music at the Kimmel Center.
