Philadelphia Will Start Opening City Pools This Week
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A reminder to people in Philadelphia: city pools will start opening this week. Eighty percent of them will be open this summer.
Philly is working around the nationwide lifeguard shortage to make sure kids are safe while they swim.
Pools are opening on a rolling basis, starting Tuesday.
