CHESTER, Pa. (CBS) — Police are investigating a deadly crash in Chester. At least one person was killed on Route 291 just after 7 p.m. Monday.
The car hit a pole and burst into flames.
Police are investigating how the crash happened.
The crash also caused a major power outage in the area.
