Philadelphia Police: Teenage Boy Injured During Franklinville Shooting

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A 17-year-old boy was injured during a shooting in Philadelphia's Franklinville section Thursday, police say. The shooting occurred on Rising Sun and West Erie Avenues around 11:45 a.m.

Police say the teenager was shot once in his left hand. He was placed in stable condition at Temple University Hospital.

No weapon was recovered and no arrests were made.
