Letter Threatening African Americans Found At Family Dollar In Powelton Section, Police Say
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are investigating after a letter threatening African Americans was found at a Powelton Family Dollar. The store is in the 4000 block of Lancaster Avenue.
According to department, the letter contained threats against African Americans.
The return address came back to an abandoned property.
