Pennsylvania Voter Registration Deadline Is Oct. 18 For Nov. 2 Election
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - One last push to register new Pennsylvania voters before the Nov. 2 election. If you still need to register, the Philadelphia Board of Elections office on North Delaware Avenue will stay open until one minute before midnight.
