The Southern Land Company, which owns The Laurel, tells CBS3 they have filed a police report. They released the following statement to CBS3:

“It appears multiple individuals BASE jumped from The Laurel, trespassing onto private property and putting their safety and the safety of others at risk. This is incredibly troublesome. We absolutely do not condone this type of behavior. As such, we have filed a police report. Safety and security are top priorities for us, and we will take appropriate steps to increase security at The Laurel in an effort to prevent this from happening again.”
