Volunteers Clean Up Ida Debris From Veterans Memorial Park In Montgomery County
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) -- A clean-up crew met at Veterans Memorial Park Sunday morning to clear out evidence of Ida's remnants.
The volunteers pulled weeds and cleared debris left behind from recent storms, including those from what was left of Hurricane Ida.
Community members also collected food donations to give out to impacted families.
The park includes sports fields, picnic areas, and even a roller hockey rink in its 24-acre space.
