Philadelphia To Begin Administering COVID-19 Boosters Shots Saturday
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- After weeks of debate, the CDC director signed off late Thursday on Pfizer booster shots for millions of people. That includes people 65 and over, people 18 to 64 at high risk for serious disease, and people 18 to 64 who risk getting COVID at work.
The Philadelphia Department of Health will start giving out vaccine boosters Saturday as long as an individual meets the CDC's criteria.
You can get a booster anywhere the city is giving out the Pfizer vaccine.
