Man Shot In Fern Rock Neighborhood: Philadelphia Police
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A man was shot in Philadelphia's Fern Rock neighborhood. The 23-year-old man was shot in the back around 2 p.m. Saturday on West Spencer Avenue.
He is in stable condition.
So far, no arrests.
