PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia’s Eastern State Penitentiary, which has been closed for months, will reopen to visitors on Friday, Aug. 14. New safety guidelines will be in place including masks and social distancing.

There will also be increased cleaning and sanitization.

Starting out, the penitentiary will be open Friday through Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
