More Stations Reopen On SEPTA's Market-Frankford, Broad Street Lines
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- More stations on the Market-Frankford and Broad Street Lines are now open. The stations include Tioga, Somerset, Second Street, Dilworth Park, Spring Garden and Lombard-South.
