Police: 17-Year-Old Shot Multiple Times, Killed In Southwest Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Police say a 17-year-old boy was shot multiple times and killed Thursday afternoon in Southwest Philadelphia. The shooting happened on the 6400 block of Dicks Avenue just after 3 p.m.
Police say the boy was shot multiple times throughout his body. He was rushed to the hospital but was pronounced dead just before 3:30 p.m.
Police say a person was taken into custody but no charges have been filed at this time.
