Police Investigating Fatal Double Shooting In West Philadelphia
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A double shooting in Philadelphia's Powelton Village neighborhood leaves one person dead, officials say. Police found bullet holes in a car window on the 3800 block of Hamilton Street, early Saturday morning.
One of the victims reportedly died at the hospital and the other suffered a graze wound to the ear.
