Student Musicians Perform At Kimmel Center As Part Of In-School Residency, Jazz Education Program
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Student musicians are performing two consecutive days of beautiful music at The Kimmel Center. On Monday, students performed as a part of a unique in-school residency and jazz education program called Jazz Standards.
On Tuesday, musicians from a counterpart program of musical theater will perform acts from Rodgers and Hammerstein's Cinderella.
That show will feature 200 students from 12 Philadelphia schools.
