Police: Man Shot Several Times In West Philadelphia, Assisted By Good Samaritan

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Police are investigating a shooting in West Philadelphia that injured one person. It happend at 57th and Market Streets around 10:20 p.m. Monday.

Investigators say a 24-year-old man was shot once in the wrist and twice in the shoulder.

The victim tells police he didn't hear any gunshots and was helped by an unknown man who drove him to the hospital.

The victim remains in stable condition.

The incident remains under investigation.
