PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Special Olympics celebrated its fifth annual Philadelphia Polar Plunge Friday at Drexel University. The event started with Philadelphia sports mascots dumping buckets of ice into a tank and moments later ... everybody in!
It was time to take the plunge.
