SEPTA Bus Driver Assaulted After Object Thrown At Her
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A SEPTA bus driver was assaulted in Northeast Philadelphia on Monday morning after someone threw an object at her. The incident happened while she was driving the bus southbound on Castor Avenue, at Knorr Street, shortly after 10:30 a.m.
SEPTA says the bus driver suffered non-life-threatening injuries and was treated at the scene.
Philadelphia police apprehended the suspect.
No motive has been given for the incident.
