11-Story Building Evacuated In Center City Due To Fire
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - A fire forced residents from their high-rise apartment building in Center City, early Wednesday morning. Firefighters were called to the building at 12th and Walnut Streets, around 5:30 a.m.
The fire was reported on the top floor of the 11-story building.
Residents were allowed back inside about 30 minutes later.
There were no reported injuries and no word on what caused the fire.
