Repeat Child Porn Offender Sentenced To 20 Years In Prison
CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) — A New Jersey man who had hundreds of child pornography videos and images has been sentenced to 20 years in prison. Joseph Fini will also be put on lifetime supervised release and must pay $40,000 in restitution to his victims under the sentence imposed Wednesday. It was made public Friday.
The 35-year-old Clementon man had pleaded guilty in January to receiving child porn and transferring obscene material to a minor. He also pleaded guilty to violating a probation term he received following his conviction in another child porn case.
Federal prosecutors say that between November 2015 and February 2017, Fini received 745 images and 252 videos of child sex abuse online. These videos and images included children under the age of 12 and sadistic and masochistic conduct.
