Election Day 2019: Votes In Northampton County Being Counted By Hand After Machine Malfunction

NORTHAMPTON COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) -- Votes in Northampton County are being counted by hand after a voting machine malfunction. Each time a vote was cast on the machine on Tuesday, it was also recorded on paper and those are the ballots being counted.

Poll workers flagged questionable results in the judicial race.

Several other municipal races were flagged as well.
