Pennsylvania SPCA Stepping Up Search For Person Who Left Dog To Die In North Philadelphia Trash Can
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- The Pennsylvania SPCA is stepping up the search for the person who dumped a dog in a trash can, leaving it to die. Pringles, a Yorkshire Terrier, was found in a trash can in North Philadelphia last Thursday.
She also suffered a head injury.
Vets tried to save her but she died Sunday.
Investigators have identified Pringles' owners.
At this point, no one is facing charges.
