45 Illegal Immigrants Arrested During Raid In Philadelphia, ICE Officials Say
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- ICE agents from the Philadelphia office say they've arrested 45 illegal immigrants. Edward De Oleo Valdez was among them.
U.S. Immigration and Custom officials say De Oleo Valdez was released from Curran-Fromhold Prison after serving his sentence for raping a child instead of being turned over to ICE.
Officials say Valdez and the others will be removed from the U.S.
