Pennsylvania Game Commission Searching For Person Who Shot, Killed Bald Eagle In Erie County
ERIE COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) – The Pennsylvania Game Commission is searching for the person who shot and killed a bald eagle. Someone found the eagle Thursday near a graveyard in Erie County.
The birds are not considered endangered anymore but bald eagles are still a protected species.
Punishments include stiff fines and jail time.
