2 Drivers Flee Scene Of Crash In Center City, Police Say

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police are looking for two drivers who they say crashed their cars overnight in Center City and then took off running. It happened on South 13th and Spruce Streets.
An eyewitness says one driver left his license in the car when he fled.
It's still unclear what caused the wreck or why the people involved ran away.
