Man Walking With Friends Shot During Argument In Tacony, Police Say

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — A man is recovering after he was shot during an argument in Philadelphia's Tacony section. It happened just before 1 a.m. Friday on the 7100 block of Montague Street.
Police say the victim was walking with two friends, when another man started arguing with them.
That man shot the victim and took off.
So far, no arrests.
