19th Police District Creates Haunted Hallway For Trick-Or-Treaters

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – Some spooky Halloween fun sponsored by the Philadelphia Police.
The 19th Police District presented a haunted hallway at the station on Haverford Avenue as a safe place for children to trick-or-treat Saturday night.
This year's theme was the insane asylum.
Organizers say the officers get personally involved, all meant to create an exciting event for the neighborhood.
Looks like Captain John Stanford was playing the role of a scary doctor.
Saturday's event was free of charge and for children of all ages.
