Lockdown Lifted At Edison High School After Gun Reported On School Grounds

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -  A lockdown has been lifted at Thomas Alva Edison High School In North Philadelphia after a gun was reportedly seen on campus Wednesday morning.

Police say a school security reported that a male was seen in the bathroom with a gun. The school is located at 151 W. Luzerne Street.

Officers arrived on scene and did not find a threat. The lockdown was lifted around 10:21 a.m.

There have been no reported injuries.
