Debris On Ben Franklin Bridge Snarling Traffic

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - Debris on the Ben Franklin Bridge is slowing down the Thursday morning commute.
What appears to be a beam is blocking at least three westbound lanes near the exit of the bridge to Philadelphia.
Vehicles could be seen getting by on two lanes as they exited the bridge.
No injuries have been reported.
