For some, being crafty is just part of who they are, and for others, it may be a new interest. Whether you are a seasoned artist or just someone looking for a new hobby, or way to spend a Saturday there are plenty of classes available in the Philly area.  Painting, ceramics, sewing we got you covered. Here are the top 5 crafty classes in the Philadelphia area.

You can learn to sew.  If this is something you did not have the opportunity to ever learn, don't worry if you have no skills. The instructors are patient and enjoyed by many customers. Butchers' offers both adult and youth classes, and has multiple levels for advanced sewers who want to learn new skills. Classes are about 3 hours and meet once a week for 4 weeks.
