Pennsylvania State Trooper Who Was Shot Undergoes Second Surgery
NORTHAMPTON, COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) -- The Pennsylvania State trooper shot during a traffic stop remains in critical, but stable condition, after a second surgery on Thursday morning.
Police say 22-year-old Daniel Clary shot Cpl. Seth Kelly after fighting with him and another trooper on the side of a Northampton County highway on Tuesday morning.
Clary, who was also shot, is facing multiple charges, including criminal attempted murder.
His bail was set at $1 million.
