Man Charged With DUI Following Crash That Left Elderly Woman Seriously Hurt
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) --An 84-year-old woman is in critical condition after she was hit by a car in the Fox Chase section of the city early Monday morning.
Police say, at around 4 a.m., the woman was crossing Pine Road at Rhawn Street when she was hit by a silver Chevy Mailbu.
She was taken to Aria-Torresdale Hospital for treatment where she remains in critical condition.
The driver, 24-year-old Joseph J. Bradley Jr. was charged with aggravated assault while DUI, aggravated assault by motor vehicle and related offenses.
