BUCKS COUNTY, Pa. (CBS) –– The 1984 murder of a Bensalem teenager, unsolved for more than three decades, is headed to trial Tuesday in a Bucks County court.

George Shaw, 56, of Geneva, Florida was arrested in October 2015, along with an alleged accomplice.

Prosecutors say Shaw raped and murdered Barbara Rowan when she was 14 years old.

Shaw’s alleged accomplice has entered a guilty plea and is expected to testify against shaw during the trial.
