Police Responding To Barricade Situation In East Germantown
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Philadelphia police are responding to a barricade situation in East Germantown, Saturday.
Police were called to the 400 block of Cosgrove Street, just after 6 p.m.
They say an armed 21-year-old man is believed to be inside the residence. Police say a 35-year-old woman is also inside the residence.
