FDA Approved Device Promises To Kill Lice

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) – School nurses will say every month is lice awareness month.

Anyone can get lice, and now there is an FDA cleared medical device that promises to kill it.

It is called AirAlle.

The machine uses heated air to eliminate lice and their eggs.

Masoud Barukzai says, "Basically in one sitting the lice are completely gone. There is no chance of them being able to survive this treatment."

The best part is it is pesticide and toxin free.
