Woman, Child Jump From Burning House In West Phila.
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- A woman and child jumped from a burning residence in West Philadelphia Saturday morning.
Firefighters responded to the scene around midnight on the 1400 of N. 61st Street.
Investigators say a 26-year-old woman and her four-year-old child jumped from the second floor.
Authorities say the two suffered burns, but both are now in stable condition.
So far, no word on what caused the fire.
