PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — The SEPTA strike has car rental places doing a brisk business.

It’s been extremely busy at car rental offices in the region because of the SEPTA strike.

“Some only rented for a day thinking it was going to be a day or two, but now they are starting to extend their rentals and you know keep their cars a little longer so its been good business for us. ”

He says their fleet management moves vehicles around to ensure there are plenty of cars available for customers and there are no extra fees because of demand.
