PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Police say they have charged a second teen in connection with a shooting in Rittenhouse Square.

Police previously charged 17-year-old Mehdi Fraiji for his alleged involvement in the shooting.

Authorities say a 39-year-old man was shot multiple times when he tried to stop a robbery.

The victim, Torago Flint, was shot five times. He has been released from the hospital.
