Chris Stigall: Debate Audio From 2005 Shows Tim Kaine's Flip On Immigration

PHILADELPHIA (CBS) - In Gubernatorial debate in Virginia in 2005, Vice-Presidential nominee Tim Kaine denounced the federal government's immigration policy, saying it encouraged illegal immigration.

He called for changes to tighten border security and opposed using state funds to aid or assist anyone in the country illegally.

Kaine has clearly flipped flopped on his policy regarding this issue since then, especially now that he is on one of the most liberal presidential tickets in American history.
