Popular Jersey Shore Pizza Shop Goes On Mission To Return Camera Lost In Store
SEA ISLE, N.J. (CBS) -- A camera went missing and turned up at the popular Sea Isle pizza place, Uncle Oogie's Pizza. The establishment went on a mission to find the owner, posting pictures from the camera on social media, in an effort to return it.
The camera was lost on Saturday, and on Thursday, it was returned to its owner.
The story ran on Eyewitness News at 6pm and made it to the CBS Philly Facebook page.
After numerous shares on social media, a call came into the newsroom that the camera was successfully returned. A friend of the family was watching Eyewitness News and recognized the people in some of the pictures on the camera.
The family went to Uncle Oogie's and retrieved their camera.
