PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — College hockey rivalry game in Philly!

Penn State will face Princeton at the Wells Fargo Center on Saturday, January 28th, as part of the Philadelphia College Hockey Faceoff. It’s the first time these two teams will meet at the Wells Fargo Center.

Princeton, a prestigious hockey program, has won three intercollegiate national championships in the early 1900s and has claimed four Ivy League titles and two ECAC Hockey Championships in 1998 and 2008.

For Penn State, this will be their fifth-straight appearance at the Wells Fargo Center . In their third year in the Big Ten last season, PSU recorded a program most 21 wins.
