PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia Police are working to identify human bones found in the city’s Tioga section.

“Heartbreaking,” described area resident Rosalyn Campbell. “It’s very heartbreaking to see remains of a human being out here. It’s very heartbreaking. It’s sad actually. So far, the medical examiner has not placed a time frame on the time of death.
