PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — Philadelphia Police are working to identify human bones found in the city’s Tioga section.
Investigators say bike patrol officers discovered the bones underneath a blue tarp in a lot. The discovery was made on N. 17th Street on Tuesday night.

It’s very heartbreaking. It’s sad actually. You know, I just pray that they can identify the person and get all the remains out of here.”
