PHILADELPHIA (CBS) — The greatest rivalry in the NHL is moving outdoors.

The Philadelphia Flyers will play the Pittsburgh Penguins at Heinz Field on February 18th, 2017, according to a report from Sam Carchidi.

Both the Flyers and Penguins have competed in two Winter Classic games. The Penguins played the Buffalo Sabres at Ralph Wilson Stadium in New York on January 1st, 2008, the first Winter Classic.

The Flyers played the Bruins in the third Winter Classic at Fenway Park and hosted the game in 2012 vs. the Rangers at Citizens Bank Park.

The two teams are currently in a race for an Eastern Conference playoff spot. The Penguins hold a three-point advantage, but the Flyers have one-game in hand.
