Just minutes before multiple vehicles slammed into the TD Bank on 15th and JFK, Anthony Ouelette had just left the ATM there.

Ouellette says he’s lucky. Just a few more minutes and he almost wouldn’t have made it out.

” I actually had to wait in line. There were two people ahead of me at the ATM.”

Philadelphia Police Captain Frank Palumbo tells Eyewitness News multiple people are now recovering from minor injuries at the hospital.

“Fortunately no children were on the school bus,” said Capt. Palumbo.

Others are also feeling favor, after walking away without a scratch.

“I thank the Lord he looked out for me. I must’ve had a guardian angel looking out for me,” said Ouelette.
