Crews Respond To Underground Fire In Center City
PHILADELPHIA (CBS) -- Crews are on the scene of an underground fire in Center City.
Crews were called to the scene at about 5:45 p.m. Thursday to 21st and Walnut Streets.
CBS 3 is told about 400 people are without power.
The fire has been placed under control, CBS 3 is told.
There are no reports of injuries at this time.
